Since the beginning of the crisis with some careful planning we have remained open (for the services that could not be operated from home) in order to maintain support for our valued tenants, virtual customers and marketing clients.

You are invited to and always welcome to contact Route Marketing & The Centre or visit when required and the information below highlights the main measures that have been put in place since 23 March 2020:

The Centre reception is operating its usual business hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

Members of staff and tenants that can work from home or other sites are continuing to do so.

All services can be discussed over the phone and we encourage this as the safest option for communication. We also request any meetings are arranged in advance where possible. Any face to face meetings will be conducted following the 2m distance advice and only on site until further notice. However, for many of our tenants and virtual clients that are not working physically inside The Centre at this time, there is still a need for collection and delivery of vital documents and parcels that are urgently required so the collection service is still available. This does NOT need to be pre-arranged and you are welcome to collect at any time during opening hours.

Post and parcel forwarding is still operational so you don’t have to make the journey if you don’t need to.

There is a sign on door with the following instructions:

We are operating a ONE visitor at a time policy. This includes delivery drivers but excludes 2-man lift teams where they are already working together.

We have created a clear designated area for post and parcel deliveries.

We have created a clear designated collection area for parcels that need to be picked up by our clients or courier companies.

On Arrival

Please wait until any current visitor has left the building before entering. Just have a peek through the glass door to check before entering.

Please leave a 2m+ safe distance for anyone to leave first before you enter.

Please do not cross the “Route Marketing” line shown on the floor within the reception area.

Deliveries will not be signed for. Most couriers take a name and take a photo of the parcel delivered.

There are still some operators asking for physical signatures but are advised a name confirmation is the only means of confirmation that will be given.

We have also completed (12 May) the Governments Risk Assessment: Working safely during Covid-19 in offices and contact centres Assessment published on 11 May 2020.

Staying Covid-19 Secure in 2020 certificate is completed and displayed.

Tenants are provided with a copy alongside a detailed Risk Assessment and Floor plan before moving in. This includes training on “How to make tea wearing rubber gloves”. It’s a bit of an art but think I’ve finally nailed it.

We ask that all tenants and any visitors requesting face to face meetings are adhering to the new Test and Trace system from 28 May 2020.

Should the Risk Assessment and Policies change at any time, an updated version will be replaced within in this section of the website.
